This past Friday 11 March, we were present with our wines at the inauguration of the interactive photographic exhibition “Femminilità ed Imprenditoria” (Femininity and Entrepreneurship), at the Museum of Palazzo Datini in Prato.
An exhibition, which takes place from 11 to 25 March, focused on femininity and entrepreneurship curated by Rebecca Madou, who has been in Italy for 20 years now but comes from the Ivory Coast.
The exhibition is characterized by meetings, workshops for children, insights and indeed tastings of our wines.

First edition of the Slow Wine Fair: 27-29 March at Bologna Fiere

From Saturday 27th to Tuesday 29th March, we will be at the first edition of the Sana Slow Wine Fair at Bologna Fiere, the international event dedicated to good, clean and fair wine. A wine that is good, clean and fair, reflects all the values we deeply believe in: producing excellent wines in an organic and natural way, without the use of chemicals and respecting the environment and its biodiversity. And all this thanks to the wonderful music of Mozart.

Il Paradiso di Frassina was born from the desire to eliminate the use of pesticides and other harmful chemicals on plants thanks to music therapy. The universities of Florence and Pisa have scientifically proven the surprising results of this scientific experiment. Thanks to the beneficial effects of musical frequencies on the vine, the wines produced by Paradiso di Frassina are absolutely organic and produced respecting the territory, as well as good. Music is therefore also good for wine and at the same time helps the environment.

A good, clean and fair wine

The Slow Wine Fair, which is now going to start for the first time, is an event by Slow Food and which hosts the meetings of the Slow Wine Coalition, or the union of all the protagonists of the world of wine.

There will be hundreds of producers from not only Italy but from all over the world, who will compete to discuss the future of wine and viticulture.

Together with other operators, professionals, winemakers and enthusiasts of the sector, we will have the opportunity to discuss and share our passion for making wine in a clean way, talking about biodiversity, the value of the territory and the relationship with those who work in the vineyard and in the cellar. .
On Sunday 27 March, the fair will be open to the public, so we are waiting for you in Bologna to taste and taste our wines! You can find us at the stand J 2.
